Silverstar Headlights
<
Silverstar headlights give up to 30% increased down road visibility as
compared to the other brands, increased side road clear visibility, and up to a 35% brighter light as
compared to ordinary halogen headlights. They also last up to longer than ordinary headlights. The pure,
light emitted by Silverstar headlights is closer to the color of daylight, which helps drivers see better at
night. They seem slightly brighter than conventional headlights because they emit a whiter light, instead of
the yellowish light that is traditionally seen with old headlights. Silverstar headlights accomplish this
task with the same (or often times less) energy consumption as conventional
headlights.
Installation could occur as quickly as 90 seconds, depending on how
difficult it is to get to your headlight assembly. Wearing surgical latex gloves to ensure that there is no
transfer of any skin oil to the bulb, which would cut down its life span. The Silverstar headlight's color
temperature is about 4000K (Kelvin), compared to about 3200K for a regular halogen bulb. The beam emit by the
Silverstar is very visibly whiter than the regular halogen bulb. The whiter light makes it easier to see
clearly; perhaps human brains transform optical input more correctly in light that's nearer to daylight
temperature.
It also casts the shaft of light a little extra. Silverstar headlights
and other brand’s brightness comparisons were made using standard coil luminance measurements. All of the
claims made by Sylvania were made where the silverstar headlights were operating at 100% light, and the
comparison halogen bulbs were operating at 80% light output. This was likely done because the
traditional vehicle that will have the bulbs replaced will indeed have a significant amount of loss in the
headlight brightness. As with everything though, results will vary with all the different models,
usages, etc.
Brighter light is as simple as upgrading to SilverStar headlights.
They are up to 35% brighter, up to 30% more down road visibility and up to 35% more side road visibility.
During the twilight hours of the sunrise or sunset the color emitted by the headlights matched the daylight
outside perfectly, which can be strange as you may receive no visual feedback that the lights are even on. No
visible beam pattern on the pavement or road signs. Silverstar is perfect for all kind of vehicles and one
can see more at night. The light has no blue tint even though the bulb's glass has a blue
tint.
Performance-wise, Silverstar headlight is fitted with a dual-filament
set of connections that allows both low and high beam options. Silverstar bulbs strike a near ideal balance
between service life and brightness, and the performance that these bulbs give are able of and will
definitely help when driving at night. Silverstars are much better than HID, cheaper, and will not blow out
SJB. Silverstars bulbs make a miraculous improvement in light output and more importantly,
distance.
Silverstar headlights are High Performance Halogen Headlight that were
created in order to provide a brighter and whiter light then the competition. It achieves this task
because it has a dual filament design for both the high beam and the low beam. Conventionally, there is only
one filament for each. These filaments then operate with an internal gas pressure that helps reduce the
rate of decomposition of the tungsten filament. This allows it to operate at the same temperature with
greater light output and energy performance, without sacrificing the longer life
span.
